I haven’t had a single moment of SADD yet. Sure I’ve given up on working out for the past month, but that’s due to my natural hibernation instinct (that’s my justification for eating nothing but halloween candy and not moving for 3 weeks).
But seriously, I haven’t been mopey and sad, I haven’t spent days laying on the couch wanting to cry. We’re almost to daylight savings time and NONE of my usual “winter shitty mood/cry till spring” shit has shown up yet.
It’s a really new and different feeling to not hate life during this season.
