so Mr. Ellipsis and I are on our own for thanksgiving this year, and I’m trying to decide what to make.  We’ll probably do a small “regular” thanksgiving type meal for thursday (we’re vegetarian, so it’ll be mostly our fav side dishes).

But when we’re home with his family, his mom likes to do multiple thanksgivings.  Like wednesday will be “snack thanksgiving” and she’ll make nachos and other tasty muchies.  Then thursday is regular thanksgiving.  Then we usually get together with friends and do a “cultural” thanksgiving where all the food is recipes from a different culture (not standard american thanksgiving stuff).

Anyway, rambling aside, I’m thinking it might be fun to do a “nerdy themed thanksgiving” this year.  I could make recipes from our favorite shows/books!
