When I worked for a real estate office, we would get calls constantly about these supposed $100 homes. I was always having to explain that the banks do not and will not accept less than top dollar. Ditto tax seizures/IRS.

oh i bet! Someone sees a commercial and figures “it can’t hurt to ask” and then you end up fielding calls explaining the same thing over and over and over again.
