Also, ask about the electrical. We didn’t do an inspection on our coop and didn’t find out until later that the entire kitchen/dining/part of a bedroom were on ONE circuit. Which blew out if you used the toaster and microwave at the same time.

my goal was to make enough time to make holiday cards for people this year. And now we’re in the process of buying a house that will hopefully close in mid december. Which means we need to be packing and moving at that time. So I will not be doing xmas cards (again) this year. Which makes me sad because I had some fun ideas and was actually looking forward to it.
